ADMINISTRATION VACANCY
We require a precise and thorough individual to perform administrative tasks at the Bethlehem branch. This person will be responsible for debtors and creditors at the branch level as well as job cards and general administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Good computer skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Bookkeeping knowledge or accounting at high school.
- Thorough and persistent in getting work done in challenging conditions.
Advantageous skills:
- A tertiary qualification in bookkeeping/office administration.
- Previous experience in workshop administration will be beneficial.
- Spare parts or stock control experience will be an advantage.
- Someone with previous exposure to farming will be preferred.
You will need to help with spare parts and counter sales as well.
Candidates requiring a full-time or half-day job will be considered.

SPARE PARTS SALES AND CONTROL
We require a dynamic and enthusiastic person to manage the spare parts in Bethlehem. You will work with technicians, customers and suppliers to supply the correct spare parts for our tractors and implements.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Driver’s licence.
Skills:
- Previous experience in sales or stock control will be an advantage.
- An agricultural background or knowledge of tractors and agricultural equipment is preferential.
Spare parts sales are recognised as a scarce skill; if you have a go-getter attitude and can learn fast – you will be considered without experience.
