Colombo Products

The Colombo family developed the first bean harvester for their own use in 1972. Within ten years, Colombo had already achieved market leadership in bean and peanut combine production.  Currently, Colombo has the best technology on bean harvesting in Latin America. Their machines count with the exclusive FABI-Fluxo system and Low Impact Axial system, which allows farmers to harvest dry, partially moist and green beans.

Indústrias Reunidas Colombo builds their own cardan shafts and components which they also supply to the wider agricultural and automotive sectors. By controlling the complete production of all the components of the harvesters, they achieve agile production and have control over the quality standards of each part made.

The company is respected for the quality of its products, engineering expertise, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and high quality workforce.

Direct communication between Valtrac and Colombo’s designers ensure that continuous development and improvement, specific to South African conditions takes place every season.

Valtrac has an experienced service team that is always available to help when you need to harvest.
